The Spring Press Festival 2025 in Hoa Binh was part of a series of events held to celebrate the Party's founding anniversary, the Lunar New Year, and the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day. It featured 11 exhibition booths showcasing over 500 spring editions of newspapers and magazines from central media outlets and those of 63 provinces and cities across the country. They included publications of the Hoa Binh Newspaper, the provincial Radio and Television Station, the Hoa Binh Journalists' Association, the provincial Literature and Arts Association, as well as two central media outlets with permanent offices in the province – Nhan dan Newspaper and Vietnam News Agency.

The Hoa Binh Literature and Arts Association and the provincial Library also displayed hundreds of books, newspapers, magazines, and news and artistic photographs for the public. Additionally, there was a booth showcasing "One Commune, One Product" (OCOP) goods and media items from localities across the province.

The booths at the Spring Press Festival were well-prepared and beautifully decorated. The spring publications on display were impressively designed and had rich content that reflects the determination for renewal and the readiness to enter a new era of the nation's rise. In addition to printed books, newspapers, and magazines, the participating media outlets also presented special videos, radio reports, TV shows, and digital news to serve the public.

The exhibition ran from January 22 to 24, 2025, or from the 23rd to the 25th day of the 12th lunar month. This was a celebration for the press community in Hoa Binh, providing an opportunity for journalists and reporters from both provincial and central media agencies to exchange ideas, share experiences, and enhance their professional skills, moving towards a modern, professional, and humane journalism sector.
