(HBO) - Cao Phong district has just organized a propaganda festival in 2018. 13 propaganda teams from 13 communes and towns have brought to the festival 52 performances in three contents: arts, propaganda skits and picture presentations about news and art to attract the audience. Teams participating in the festival have selected many practical and attractive topics such as: studying and following the ideals, ethics and style of Ho Chi Minh President; the sea and islands of the Fatherland; New rural construction; prevention and control of domestic violence; traffic safety, etc.


The performance of "Huong Rung Tay Bac” (The beauty of Tay Bac - Thung Nai commune) won the A prize in the content of cultural art propaganda.

 

At the end of the festival, the organizers awarded 63 A, B and C prizes in each content. In particular, in entertainment propaganda content, the A prize belongs to the performance: "Golden rice paddy", "Hands in hands for new rural construction" (Dong Phong commune); "The beauty of Tay Bac" (Thung Nai commune); "Spring-day market" (Bac Phong commune); "Cao Phong in a New Day" (Tay Phong commune); "Environmental singing" (Cao Phong town).

The A prize in the content of propaganda skits were awarded to "Poverty Escaping" (Dong Phong commune), "I know!" (Cao Phong town).

The A prize of news and art presentation belongs to the following performances: " Cao Phong oranges, a golden brand journey" (Dung Phong commune); "Environmental protection together" (Cao Phong town) ).

Dong Phong Commune and Cao Phong Town delegations won A group Prize.

Muong calendar, known as sach doi, is an ancient folk knowledge system developed through observations of the movement of the pleiades star. This unique calendar consists of 12 bamboo sticks, each representing a lunar month. Specific days within each month are marked with distinct symbols, guiding locals in determining auspicious and inauspicious days for important activities.
