(HBO) - The Book Festival and Reading Culture in 2019 was taken place at the Primary School of Muong Khen town with the theme "Wings of the future”.

Many teachers and pupils of Muong Khen Primary
School, Tan Lac district participated in reading at the booths.
Book
and reading culture festival of the province took place many activities such
as: Exhibition of displaying books with 13 display booths of agencies, units
and schools in the province; presentation competition on book display booths;
telling stories, rehearsing plays and introducing propaganda books.
The
Organizing Committee presented books to 2 extremely difficult communes,
including Quyet Chien, Phu Cuong and Muong Khen Town Primary School. Vietnam
Family Tour Co., Ltd donated 1,000 comic books to Education and Training
Department of Tan Lac district ... The number of books displayed were about
1,000 book titles and over 30,000 books.
The People’s Committee of Lac Son district held a ceremony on April 28 to receive the provincial relic certificate for the ancient rock carving site at Suoi Co stream, located in My Thanh commune.

Lac Son district’s Vu ban town held the 2025 Truong Kha temple festival on April 12–13 (the 15th–16th days of the third lunar month). Since its revival in 2019, the festival has been organised every three years, preserving valuable intangible heritage while meeting the community’s cultural and spiritual needs.
