(HBO) - In July 2019, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Plan No.128 / KH-UBND on organizing the emulation movement "Officials, civil servants and public employees of Hoa Binh province emulate the implementation of the cultural beauty in the office” in the period of 2019 - 2025.

Up to now, the emulation movement has been widely deployed in the offices of the Party, the State, the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations at all levels in the province. The emulation movement includes many contents with the plentiful and diversified the form in accordance with the regulations of the Party and State and the practical situation of each agency, unit or locality.

The members and youth of the Youth Communist Union in Thinh Lang ward (Hoa Binh city) are carrying out the propaganda to instruct how to install the application of Bluezone to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemics.

Currently, the young generation is also trying to build the image of a team of young staff, who are exemplary, dedicated, responsible, disciplined, dedicated, friendly and creative. Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Communist Union of Huu Nghi Ward (Hoa Binh City), says "I always try to practice public service culture by doing simple, close and practical things such as going to work on time, working actively and effectively, being graciously with the colleagues, dressing neatly and politely, enthusiastically guiding and helping people to deal with the administrative complaints, reminding people to strictly implement preventive measures of Covid-19 epidemics... 

Recently, the Youth Communist Union of the ward has instructed and supported the people to deal with the administrative cases at level 3 and 4 and has instructed people to install Bluezone applications on their phones. While working, the members of the Youth Communist Union and the young people must wear the Union shirts and face masks to ensure safety for themselves and the social community. They have to guide people clearly with the standard words, and the attitude must be gentle and polite ...”.

Strictly implementing the regulations on the office culture not only gradually contributes to improving work efficiency, responsibility, morality, lifestyle, building the image of the standard team of officials, civil servants and public employees in terms of quality and manners in public service activities but it also contributes to improving the quality of service to the People, building a civilized administration, joining hands to repel bad habits, evils, and negative behaviors in execution of public service, and successfully implementing the political tasks of the departments, the units and the localities.
