(HBO) - On July 15, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to agree on a number of contents relating to the preparation of facilities and the content of the art program "Hoa Binh - A place of cultural convergence” and Carnaval in 2022. Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the event. The leaders representing the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Transport, the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Hoa Binh Electricity Company, and the Representative office of Sun Group from Capital Region in Hoa Binh attended the meeting.
Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegates have surveyed the venue for the art program.
The art program "Hoa Binh - A place of cultural convergence” and Carnaval in 2022; the announcement and acceptance of the Certificate of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage for the Khai Ha and Lich Doi of Moung people. This is a special cultural and tourism event, aiming to honor the unique traditional cultural values of the ethnic groups in the province, especially of Muong ethnic people, which has been contributing to the promotion of tourism potential and the special culture and tourism products. The program is expected to be held on July 31 at Hoa Binh Square, on the main roads of Hoa Binh city and it is broadcast live on Vietnam Television Station the and Provincial Radio and Television Station.
After surveying the venue for the art show "Hoa Binh - A place of cultural convergence” at Hoa Binh Square, the representatives of the live television crew, Vietnam Television's News Board and Sun Group have approved the script of the art program "Hoa Binh - A place of cultural convergence” and Carnaval in 2022. Accordingly, the program is divided into 3 parts: The opening words introducing the beauty of Muong in Hoa Binh; The ceremony announcing and receiving the Certificate of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage for Khai Ha and Lich Doi Festivals of Muong ethnic group in Hoa Binh and Muong people; the meeting with an art program, including Chapter 1- the Ancient Land, Chapter 2 - the Harmony of Muong, Chapter 3 - Echoing the Sound of Muong. And the end is a low-range fireworks display.
With the Carnaval in Hoa Binh streets, now Sun Group has built the program, and it is expected to have 2 parade routes, of which route 1 is from Tran Hung Dao - Chi Lang to Hoa Binh square with the length of 1.5km; Route 2 is from the intersection of Cu Chinh Lan - Chi Lang streets to Hoa Binh Square with the length of 1km.
At the meeting, the delegates have focused on discussing the specific contents relating to the program script, the stage, documents about the two heritage sites, Khai Ha and Lich Doi, and the schedule and time to complete the detailed program script. …
On the side of the live TV crew and Sun Group, they have received the comments from the delegates and on that basis they will soon edited and issued a complete detailed script in accordance with the content and the proposals of the province.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the time for the event is very short, therefor the appropriate authorities need to concentrate highly. Basically, they have agreed on the main contents of the script, however, there are still some comments from the delegates, and it is suggested that the relevant units consider editing accordingly. At the same time, they have agreed to choose the official name of the program as "Hoa Binh - The Sound of Muong” and agreed to hold a preliminary review on July 29, a review on July 30 to consider whether the program needs to be adjusted. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will soon discuss and prepare the ceremony to receive the certificate of intangible heritage for 2 national heritages. For the Carnaval program, it is recommended that Sun Group transfer the detailed scenario about the time and the location of the street parade. The provincial public Security, the Department of Transport and Hoa Binh city are requested to base on that to plan the arrangement of traffic flow, ensuring the security and order, the environmental sanitation ... so that the program can take place successfully and safely.

On January 30, 1932, the First Congress of Far Eastern Prehistorians, held in Hanoi, officially recognised the Hoa Binh Culture.
