Officially opening in February, Ngoi Hoa Ecotourism Site (PriorBay Resort) in Suoi Hoa commune, Tan Lac district, has quickly become a sought-after destination. It offers visitors a chance to indulge in distinctive and enticing experiences.
Visitors enjoy the
longest rainbow slide in Southeast Asia at PriorBay Resort’s entertainment
complex.
Located just 25 km from Hoa Binh city and approximately 110 km from Hanoi – a
journey of around 1 hour 45 minutes – this all-season resort is a stunning
peninsula retreat. It boasts a unique charm and a range of high-end
accommodations, including 4- and 5-star hotels, modern rooms, and an array of
boutique resorts featuring hundreds of bungalows with top-tier amenities.
A major highlight of PriorBay Resort is its thrilling adventure experiences.
The resort is home to the longest rainbow slide in Southeast Asia, stretching
an impressive 210 metres. For younger visitors, a dedicated grass-sliding area
provides a safe and vibrant playground. Additionally, the 5,000-square-metre
Ngoi Hoa Square serves as a lively gathering space, while a scenic camping area
allows guests to immerse themselves in nature amid breathtaking landscapes.
Nguyen Ngoc Minh Thu, a visitor from Hanoi, shared her excitement: "The
resort offers excellent facilities and an impressive lakeside space. My
family had a fantastic weekend enjoying exciting activities such as grass
sliding, kayaking, and thrilling rainbow slide."
For Dao Van Giang, a traveller from the central coastal city of Da Nang,
PriorBay Resort proved to be an ideal getaway. He said the views of Hoa Binh Lake
are both poetic and majestic. "Our group had a wonderful time cycling for
sightseeing, experiencing the local culture, and capturing beautiful moments in
this stunning natural setting.”
Culinary enthusiasts visiting the resort can immerse themselves in authentic
local flavours at Hoa Gao Restaurant, which accommodates up to 400 guests.
Signature dishes include grilled fish from the Da River, mountain-raised pork,
and hill chicken steamed with lime leaves, along with fresh forest vegetables.
The Hon Do Pier offers scenic trips paired with dining services on a floating
restaurant, while the Japanese-inspired Hoa Gao Village - nestled halfway up
the mountainside - provides a serene and secluded retreat away from the hustle
and bustle of city life.
According to Bui Xuan Truong, Deputy Director of the Hoa Binh Department of
Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the establishment of this ecotourism site
enriches the region’s tourism portfolio, creates jobs, and generates revenue
for the local budget.
"With its immense
potential, PriorBay Resort is set to become a standout attraction on Ngoi Hoa
Bay, positioning itself as one of Vietnam’s premier destinations. Moreover, it
will play a crucial role in accelerating the recognition of the Hoa Binh Lake
tourism area as a national-level one in the near future," he added.
