(HBO) - The People's Committee of the province has just issued a plan to develop tourism economy in association with building a new countryside in Hoa Binh province by 2020 with a vision up to 2030.

The aim is to promote the development of the rural tourism in association with the one product per each commune program, the new rural construction program and the promotion of the agricultural restructure. At the same time, they aim to exploit the potentials and develop the rural trades, restoring and preserving the villages of traditional craft associated with developing eco-tourism ...

The goal set by the People's Committee of the province is to restructure the agricultural production in order to develop the economy in rural areas through the different types of community tourism and the ecotourism associated with agriculture - forestry – fishery, which has potentials and advantages to increase the income, improving the people's lives in the new rural construction program.

By 2020, ten community villages will have been built; 12 souvenir - interior - decoration products in the field of tourism with the unique and attractive natural landscapes based on OCOP sales standards are valuable in the cultural history of the ethnic groups. The service quality, which forms, connects and expands the sales of the groups of products between the regions, inter-regions and export, has been improved.

By 2030, twenty community villages and thirty souvenir-interior-decoration products in the field of tourism will have been focused to build.

The new rural construction is associated with developing the different types of tourism in order to attract tourists, exploit the potentials, the advantages, the peculiarities and the originality towards the depth and the sustainable development. Therefore, the plan sets out 5 key contents. 

They include organizing the selection of the community tourism spots, the existing products and services to meet the requirements on the quality and the quantity of the targets; improving the quality of the human resources operating in the field of agricultural and rural tourism associated with vocational training; implementing the support to build the group of products and services for the rural tourism based on OCOP sales standards; deploying to support the development of the group of souvenir - interior - decoration products in the field of tourism; periodically assessing the ranking of tourism products and services based on OCOP standards.

However, the People's Committee of the province requires that the development of the tourism economy must be associated with the nature conservation and promote the cultural identity of the ethnic groups...
