(HBO) - Lac Thuy district has completed the tourism development planning, focusing on improving the business investment environment, attracting resources to invest in developing tourism and services.
The Commemorative House for the meritorious people and the
officials of the first money printing factory of Vietnamese revolutionary
government has been invested as a tourism destination.
Over the past 5 years (from 2015 to the present), there have
been 10 tourism infrastructure projects with a total investment of 451.9
billion VND, including a number of important projects such as the tourism
infrastructure of Lac Thuy district, the Commemorative House for meritorious
people and the officials of the first money printing factory of Vietnamese
revolutionary government, the Southern Ethnic School for Officials, building
and upgrading the infrastructure of Tien Pagoda ...
The district has also received many investment projects for
tourism development such as: Dong Tam eco-tourism complex project, the
eco-tourism project of Da Bac village, Huong Binh cable car project in Phu
Nghia commune and so on.
The district has developed an action program of
tourism stimulus associated with service development, implementing the project
for tourism development in Lac Thuy district in the period of 2013-2020. They
have carried out the specific solutions to link experience sharing and to build
tours and travel routes, encouraging all economic sectors to develop auxiliary
services for tourism activities. The traditional farming villages such as
manipulating ornamental stones, handicrafts and producing special local
products to attract tourists have been formed.
With its pristine landscapes, unique cultural heritage of Muong ethnic minority, and an expanding range of visitor experiences, Tan Lac district of Hoa Binh has fast become a captivating destination for both domestic and international tourists.
Until now, Sung village in Cao Son commune, Da Bac district remains the only Dao ethnic community in Hoa Binh province to develop a community-based tourism model. Beyond its untouched natural landscapes, cultural identity serves as the cornerstone attraction for visitors.
Alongside the diverse cultural identities of the Kinh, Muong, Tay, Thai, Dao, and Mong ethnic people, Hoa Binh province is also renowned as the "capital" of the northwestern Vietnamese cuisine, offering unique and distinctive dishes. At festivals, during Lunar New Year (Tet), or on significant family or community occasions, special dishes are prepared, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
A Phong Linh (Yellow Tabebuia) flower garden in Thang village, Thach Yen commune, Cao Phong district is currently in full bloom, drawing a large number of visitors.
Community-based tourism has been thriving in Pa Co commune, Mai Chau district thanks to advantages in natural landscape and cultural identity.
