(HBO) – The People’s Committee of Mai Chau district in Hoa Binh province held a highland market festival and a cultural-art exchange in Mai Chau town on April 4, as part of activities marking the southern liberation and national reunification day (April 30) and May Day (May 1). The festival will be held every Sunday to stimulate local tourism.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, local tourism is developing. In March alone, tourist destinations welcomed thousands of visitors.

During the festival, visitors enjoyed unique and attractive tourist products, music performances imbued with national cultural identity, played popular folk games such as tu lu, to le, rope swing, contributing to introducing and popularising local tourism images, beauty of local customs and cultural identity of ethnic minorities./.
