(HBO) - Ngoi Hoa, now it is Suoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac) is not ashamed to be the land in the master plan of the tourism area within Hoa Binh lake. Ngoi Hoa Bay is thousands of hectares wide, with Tien lake, Tien cave, the beautiful scenery, nature, mountains, and calm lake water that captivates anyone who likes to experience and explore.

Tourists are visiting and experiencing in Suoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac).

We returned visiting the sites in Suoi Hoa area at the end of June, the sky was clear, high and green. The hot weather is becoming mild when moving on 435 street (Hoa Binh city - Binh Thanh - Suoi Hoa). The route is about 30 km long and has been put into operation for several years at will. The cars are gently gliding from the fork of Cun slope to point of Liem hamlet in only about 30 minutes, changing for more than 1 hour, as long as before. Moving on the boats to Ne, Liem, and Ngoi villages, you can feel the whole space of heaven and earth, the vast and extremely peaceful rivers. Ngoi Hoa has long been attached and missed for tourists from all over the country. There are beautiful and poetic natural landscapes, vast forests and mountains, automatically attractive and fresh climate in the hamlets on Ngoi Hoa Bay.

Ngoi village is one of the lakeside villages having the pristine caves with many hidden beauty. In the village, there are only about 80 households, mainly Muong ethnic people, and they still preserve the beautiful traditional culture in the people’s daily life, which is almost intact. Ngoi village was recognized by Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee as the community cultural tourism destination of Muong ethnic people many years ago. The old people recently recounted that Ngoi Hoa Bay, Hoa Lake were formerly the residences of many precious birds and animals... This place is associated with the songs of fishermen and marketers: "Hon Gai is the beautiful in Bo Market/ Ms. Mai, the seller, is the most beautiful in Thac Bo,…”, "Who brought me to this fairy place / On the one side there is Ngai mountain, on the other side there is Ngoi Hoa"...

In the area, there is also Hoa Tien cave located halfway up the Bua Dam or Ba mountain, the area of Ngoi village is a mysterious and unique space that urges people to learn and experience. The dome is 20m high and about 50m wide with the countless large and small stalactites. There are giant stalactites "growing” from the bottom up like Buddha sitting on a lotus throne. There are also groups of smaller Buddha statues undulating next to them. Hoa Tien cave's stalactite column is huge and rare with the columns supporting the arch of the cave. Going deep to the left, there are clear lakes, some are up to 1 m deep, some are calm, the water just stops at a hand. The soft stalactites falling down look very beautiful, when someone knocks on, the sounds like the sound of gongs, the ancient Muong cultural background reverberates throughout the poetic lakes and rivers. In the days of March, there are many groups of tourists coming Ngoi hamlet, Ngoi bay, Hoa Tien cave. Coming here, visitors can understand more about the cultural life of Muong ethnic people in the houses on stilts looming by the lake or being interspersed in the luxuriant fruit gardens. They cab experience the daily life of friendly and approachable people. They can enjoy the ethnic dishes such as the grilled meat, the chicken ráiing on the hills, the grilled fish, the bamboo shoots... Or they can participate in boating, walking, fishing, mountain climbing, exploring the national landscapes of Hoa Tien cave to admire the shimmering and fanciful stalactites...

During the summer months, especially from May to August, this is the time to mingle with water activities in Hoa Binh Lake. From September to April next year, the space is quiet, it is really a great resort for tourists. If tourists have time to stay overnight, it is also a great experience as they cab watch the sunset and the sunrise, especially on the moonlit days, they can feel the cool air of the lake. The whole lake bed shimmers like gold and silver swaying with the rolling waves… Visitors can get up early at 4 a.m. to put their hooves early and wait until dawn with the local people. Thus, visitors are able to fully see the heart-moving moments, so that the soul also calm down when leaving the city to come to the traditional villages.

Ms. Nguyen Bich Thuy from Tay Ho district (Hanoi) shares: When traveling in Suoi Hoa commune, we learned about the traditional culture of Muong ethnic people and experienced the simple and rustic life here, and met the genuine and friendly local people. It is believed that the destinations in the area will be the ideal tourism destination for those who want to "escape” from the hustle and bustle life and pressure in the city with more investment attention in the near future.
