Ngoi Hoa possesses many ideal conditions for developing various types of tourism such as community-based tourism and eco-tourism, resort tourism. Ngoi Hoa bay, as well as Hoa Tien and Thac Bo caves are the most attractive tourism sites in Ngoi Hoa commune, helping the locality to build tourism products meeting tourists’ demand.

Visitors will have to go through iron stairs installed in the two entrances. Especially, a pristine Karst cave system is hidden in limestone mountains. Through exploration, scientists put forth theories that there might be some other caves that have not been found here as well as the lake (Tien lake) was formed by the process of depression of  the underwater Karst layer which goes through Hoa Binh lake.

Ngoi hamlet in Ngoi Hoa commune is a Muong people-resided hamlet with 90 households. It is one of the most beautiful and pristine hamlets in the province. The Muong people here still retain the traditional beauty of old stilt houses. Ngoc Lu bronze drum, which is being displayed in the provincial Museum, was found in the hamlet.
