The people have hung the national flag, the main roads are decorated with flags, flowers, banners, slogans, and bright hoardings to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day, September 2 (1945 - 2023). Thinh Lang Boulevard in Tan Thinh Ward (Hoa Binh City) has been decorated with banners, slogans, and national flags to celebrate the National Day, September 2.




The pedestrian street in Da Giang dyke, Phuong Lam and Dong Tien wards is being urgently completed, and it is expected to operate on the National Day, September 2.

Thousands of colourful lanterns were floated, creating a shimmering scene on the river. Each lantern carried messages of peace, good fortune, and good weather.
