In the first 9 months of 2024, the Provincial People's Committee directed the appropriate authorities to receive and process 3,029 turns of records.
Across the province, there are 363
newly-established enterprises with a total registered capital of over 6,500
billion VND and 215 affiliated units; The number of approved changes is more
than 1,920 turns of records; The number of the request for businesses to amend
and supplement is 383 documents; 233 businesses temporarily ceased operations,
83 businesses resumed operations; Dissolving 54 independent enterprises,
terminating operations of 67 affiliated units.
In the last months of the year, the
Provincial People's Committee directed the functional departments, branches and
localities to improve the quality of investor selection associated with
reviewing and withdrawing the slow implementation projects, non-implementation
projects, and the projects with the signs of holding land, waiting for an
opportunity to transfer, violating the law. It is necessary to continue to
promote the administrative reform; promptly proposing the Provincial People's
Council to promulgate the specific mechanisms, policies, and decentralization
contents to create a favorable legal corridor for the effective organization
and implementation.
