(HBO) - Hoa Binh Electricity Company held a conference on "Raising the awareness of customer satisfaction level", and implementing the plan to improve the customer satisfaction rating in 2018 and in the coming years. The conference will be carried out to all staffs of the company.

Since 2013
to present, with the objective evaluation from the customers consulted
independently by Hoa Binh Electricity Company, which implemented the survey,
the score of customer satisfaction for the company has increased gradually.
However, it is still lower than the average of the Northern Electricity
Corporation. The conference was focused on solutions to implement effective
customer service, continuous improvement of business activities, enhancing the
image of the industry.
In
addition to raising awareness among staff about the customer satisfaction
level, the conference set the target for the 2018 plan to ensure a safe, stable
and quality service. contributing to meet the requirements of sustainable
development of the province, strive to get the score of the customer
satisfaction level about ≥ 8 points.
Once a mountainous province facing many challenges, Hoa Binh has, after more than a decade of implementing the national target programme on new-style rural area development, emerged as a bright spot in Vietnam’s northern midland and mountainous region. In the first quarter of 2025, the province recorded positive results, paving the way for Hoa Binh to enter a phase of accelerated growth with a proactive and confident mindset.

But beyond the numbers, it has reawakened local heritage, turning oranges, bamboo shoots, brocade, and herbal remedies into branded, market-ready goods - and, more profoundly, transformed how local communities value and present their own cultural identity.
