The young boss Hoang Minh Trong started a successful business with shops of trading, installing products on aluminum, glass.

The owner of the story about overcoming difficulties is Mr. Hoang Minh Trong, Tan Phuong village, Quy Hau commune (Tan Lac).

With the thought of having to learn a career to support the family with a stable source of income, he chose to run a business of producing aluminum glass products because he recognized the great potential of this industry.

The efforts of the young couple have been paid off. At present, the workshop of Trong Hanh enterprise is expanded with an area of ​​about 800 m2. In the workshop, there are many products such as aluminum doors, glass doors from the popular to high-quality, steel or stainless steel doors. In addition, they also sell the high - quality curtains. Mr. Trong said, "Since I started with empty hands and a small shop, in the first five years of my career, my wife and I had to borrow from our brothers and sisters to invest in expanding the workshop. In general, in order to build a workshop like today, with many advanced machines and technologies leading to the door producing technique, it is necessary to invest billions of dongs. It was by the beginning of 2010, especially since 2011, I and my wife initially had the success to develop as today ".

Those successes can be easily noticed, as a busy boss is always busy with the customer orders. Enthusiastic workers are working to meet the deadlines of the delivery. Mr. Trong’s family has a large source of income with prestigious products, convenient business. Accordingly, except for all expenses, wages to pay for workers, in the last two years, he and his wife collected from 1.2 to 1.4 billion VND on average each year. Mr. Trong also created stable jobs for 10 workers, including veteran members with an income of 6-10 million VND / person / month.

Nowadays, he is no longer alone in his field like before. There are currently a lot of aluminum and glass shops in Tan Lac. The competitive pressure is growing higher, but Trong is still confident about the growth and development because of his installation. He said that, at present, the products of Trong Hanh enterprise have built its own prestige and trademark in the districts of Cao Phong, Mai Chau, Kim Boi, Lac Son and a number of customers in Hoa Binh city.
