(HBO) - Being identified as an important arterial route linking Hanoi-Northwest transport corridor, ensuring the Security and National Defense, however, since its start of construction to now, Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh Road project has had extended the deadlines for many times. Will the project continue to "be missed" with the drastic direction of Minister of Transport Nguyen Van The, which requires to complete the Road by 31st August, 2018.

Everything is going pretty quickly. Basically, the travelling road is quite convenient. The investors are directing contractors to speed up the construction items. Hoa Lac road begins to be connected with National Highway 6, the area of adjacent to Ky Son town and Trung Minh commune. Only in Ky Son district, the road of 16.32/ 25.7 km long, crossing the area of Yen Quang, Phuc Tien, Mong Hoa, Dan Ha communes and Ky Son town is being shaped. At present, there are 2 arisen places with a large volume of work, which are being implemented by investors and contractors, including: Da River water pipeline construction area, in Yen Quang commune and the construction site of ground clearance in Phuc Tien commune.

joint Stock Company No. 36-67 mobilizes the facilities for the last carpet of the XL 9 package.

Minh Duc joint Stock Company is the construction contractor from the beginning of the project, currently focusing on human resources, and construction machinery for offloading works (Can bridge) – the item arising from the adjustment of the route and sand caves belonged to Phuc Tien commune. In other packages, the contractors are organizing for the finalization of the final items. joint Stock Company No. 36-67, the construction contractor of Construction Package 9 in Yen Quang commune has mobilized dozens of trucks, floor loaders to finish the last layer of the road. Mr. Nguyen Tho Tue, the representative of Company 36-67 said: The Company is a contractor from the beginning of the project to now. There has been the information that the investors had difficulty in funding issue. However, the contractors are mobilizing the maximum of manpower and machinery to ensure the progress, quality of work as planned to hand over the project in late August.

Exchanging with contractors, we knew that: The most difficult thing is when the bank stopped disbursing to investors. If we were disbursed more money, the deadline to August 31st  for Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh Road under the direction of Minister of Transport Nguyen Van The certainly completed. Then it takes only about 50 minutes to travel from Hoa Binh to Hanoi.
