(HBO) - According to the State Bank's provincial branch, the total debit balance of banks and credit organizations in the area reached nearly VND 21,000 billion, rising by 1.2% in comparison with this at the end of 2018. Of which, short-term debit balance was VND 8,467 billion, accounting for 40.4% of total debit balance; medium and long-term debit balance was VND 12,499 billion, accounting for 59.6% of the total.

In terms of debit balance for credit programs: Agricultural and rural loans were VND 12,949 billion, accounting for 61.8% of total debit balance; loans ato support small and medium enterprises reached VND 4,287 billion, accounting for 20.4% of total debit balance; industrial loans supporting was VND 22 billion and export loans was VND 22 billion. Particularly, outstanding loans to preferential subjects and social policies reached VND 2,917 billion, accounting for 13.9% of total debit balance.
