From now to 2025, Hoa Binh will invest in the upgrade of 20 percent of processing and preserving cooperatives and enterprises, with at least 10 facilities meeting export requirements. The province will also upgrade 9 medium-sized processing factories to large scale, meeting export requirements.

In the time to come, Hoa Binh will attract investment in processing and preservation facilities in order to modernise technology, thus creating high-quality, competitive goods meeting the demand of the domestic and foreign markets.
