Since March 2021, the Center for the Provincial Employment Service has implemented many programs to promote labor export. Specifically, they have been strengthening connections, selecting reputable enterprises to organize recruiting and training programs for domestic and foreign employees. Together with the enterprises, the center has actively propagated and advised on the policies for the labor export to the localities, especially the remote areas and the areas with extremely difficult circumstances. Most recently, the center has signed a contract with Tin Phat International Human Resources Cooperation Group – the enterprise has been licensed by the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs licensed to operate in the province. Accordingly, the two sides will cooperate on mobile job exchanges in the districts and the city, propagate, recruit and train workers, and try to bring more provincial laborers to work in Japan, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan...
Mr. Vu Manh Hung, the Director of the Center for the Provincial Employment Service says: For more than 1 year, dozens of the provincial laborers have been exported to work in Korea, Japan, Taiwan... through the channel of the enterprises. Dủing the working process in the foreign markets, enterprises always pay attention to and accompany with the labourers. After the expiration of the term, if the employee wants to continue working there, the enterprises will support the visa application procedure, on the other hand, they will ensure free job opportunities when returning home.
Currently, the source of the capital for labor export is a big obstacle because the majority of laborers wishing to work abroad do not have enough financial resources or the valuable assets to mortgage for bank loans. At the end of May, the Center for the Provincial Employment Service and the provincial branch of Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of enhancing connectivity, promoting activities to support business expansion and development, becoming a comprehensive, sustainable and long-term partner. The program aims to create favorable conditions for the employees to access the preferential capital from 80-100% of the amount paid by the employees to work abroad. Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang, the Deputy Director of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of the province, says: Agribank is committed to creating favorable conditions for the units that are the partners of the Center for the Provincial Employment Service in the field of using services for employees borrowing capital for the labor export and other borrowers according to current regulations of Agribank. At the same time, it is hoped that after the Covid-19 epidemic is more stable, the two sides will have a specific work plan to speed up the coordination program.
