(HBO) - Hoa Binh province’s local budget revenue was estimated at 2.36 trillion VND in June, raising its total local budget collection in the first half of this year to 7.14 trillion VND, equal to 60 percent of the estimate assigned by the Prime Minister and 57 percent of the plan set in the Resolution of the provincial People’s Council, and up 25 percent year-on-year, according to data reported by the provincial People's Committee.


In the first six months of 2021, the local budget prioritized spending on the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic, thus contributing to ensuring safety in the province.

Of the total, regulation revenue is estimated at over 1.91 trillion VND, balancing transfers at over 2.881 trillion VND, and target transfers at 844 billion VND.

Also in the first half of the year, local budget expenditure is estimated at 6.26 trillion VND, equal to 53 percent of the estimate assigned by the Prime Minister and 50 percent of the plan set in the Resolution of the provincial People's Council, and up 2 percent over the same period last year. Of the total, spending on development investment was 829.6 billion VND, regular expenditure 4.41 trillion VND and expenditure from target transfers 1.02 trillion VND.
