(HBO) - In the evening of November 21, the Provincial People's Committee held the closing ceremony of the Agricultural Fair and OCOP exhibition in the Northern Midlands and Mountains in 2022. There were Mr. Dinh Cong Su, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Head of the Organizing Committee of the fair and the members of the organizing committee attending the ceremony.
The leaders from the Department
of Agriculture and Rural Development are awarding the certificates of merit to
the collectives and the individuals with the excellent achievements in
organizing and participating in the Fair.
In 5 days with many promotional
and advertising activities, trade exchanges, introducing the typical products
and strengths of the locality, the fair has welcomed over 100,000 turns of
visitors and shoppers. Thereby, it has been promoting, consuming and affirming
the consumers' confidence in OCOP products of the province as well as of the
Northern Midlands and Mountainous regions and the Northern provinces and
cities. At the fair, along with the encouraging results in both the "fair” and
"market” sections, the products and goods exhibited and introduced were
recognized with beautiful designs, high quality, richness and diversity, meeting
the consumer demand. The security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and
environmental sanitation have been ensured.
At the closing ceremony, the
Provincial People's Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 5
collectives and 10 individuals with the outstanding achievements in directing
and organizing the fair; The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development
presented the certificates of merit to 25 collectives and 20 individuals with
the outstanding achievements in the organization and participation of the fair.
After more than four years of implementing a project launched by the Hoa Binh Party Committee’s Standing Board on developing agriculture and promoting product consumption linked with building new-style rural areas for the 2021-2025 period, the province’s industry and trade sector has made significant strides, greatly contributing to local socio-economic development.
