The delegates attended the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between the Center of Vietnam International Arbitration and Business Associations of 4 Northwest provinces.
On October 27th, 2022, in Son La province, the Business Associations of 4 provinces, Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau signed a memorandum of understanding on association and cooperation in order to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of each province and to promote the internal resources for the mutual development. The Memorandum of Understanding also specifies the following activities: the information and propaganda work; connecting, exchanging, learning and sharing experiences between the associations and businesses in the region; investment promotion; development of production and marketing products; The Business Associations of the 4 Northwest provinces continue promoting the internal resources and potentials of each locality, applying science and technology to production and business activities and accompanying to develop so far.
At the conference, the delegates exchanged and shared the mechanisms and policies to support businesses; the investment promotion in the fields of agriculture, tourism and real estate; the digital conversion; the consultation and coordination between the association and the local government... At the same time, they mentioned some difficulties and problems that need to be solved: the price of construction materials, the materials for ground leveling and embankment; the fields of fire prevention and control, the site clearance, the finance - banking; contributing the comments on the Draft Land Law (amended).

Making a speech at the conference, Mr. Quach Tat Liem, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated that the conference had many new points of view. This was an opportunity for the Business Association of the Northwest provinces to exchange information, share experiences in the process of operation and strengthen the cooperation and association for the mutual development. He affirmed that Hoa Binh province always accompanied the business community, creating conditions for mechanisms and policies, solving difficulties, and creating more investment opportunities. In the coming time, the province would continue to invest in infrastructure, especially the traffic infrastructure, connecting with the provinces inside and outside the region; effectively exploiting the area within Hoa Binh lake for tourism development, attracting investment in socio-economic development.

Hoa Binh Province currently has over 870 hectares of tea plantations, with six districts having concentrated tea production areas that boast advantages in soil, climate, history, and distinctive tea varieties: Yen Thuy, Lac Thuy, Da Bac, Mai Chau, Tan Lac, and Luong Son.
