On February 29, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hoa Binh province and Kim Boi joint Stock Company (Ba Hang Doi town, Lac Thuy district) organized a ceremony to export bamboo shoots to the European market.

This Kim Boi joint Stock Company's shipment includes 6 types of pre-processed and processed bamboo shoot products, with a total quantity of about 20 tons (1,270 boxes of products) exported to the Dutch market. This is the company's third export shipment in the beginning of the new year Giap Thin. From the beginning of the year until now, Kim Boi joint Stock Company has exported about 60 tons of products to the Dutch and Korean markets with products: fresh bamboo shoots, pre-sliced bamboo shoots, dried bamboo shoots...
In addition, the company's bamboo shoot products are also present in many markets, supermarkets in 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
Once a mountainous province facing many challenges, Hoa Binh has, after more than a decade of implementing the national target programme on new-style rural area development, emerged as a bright spot in Vietnam’s northern midland and mountainous region. In the first quarter of 2025, the province recorded positive results, paving the way for Hoa Binh to enter a phase of accelerated growth with a proactive and confident mindset.
