To maximise the foliage’s medicinal properties,
the Yen Tri Agricultural Cooperative in Tan Thanh hamlet, Yen Tri commune (Yen
Thuy district), has studied and put up for sale the special kind of glue.
Its director Bui Phi Nam said the Da cam is
especially useful against stomachache and mouth ulcers, noting the glue product
satisfies food hygiene and safety requirements in different steps, f
rom harvesting to sorting and processing.
The product has been rated three stars under the
"One Commune-One Product” programme, and favoured by customers in many cities
and provinces nationwide, he said.
According to data from the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, the industrial production index for the first six months of 2025 is estimated to have increased by 20% compared to the same period last year. This marks the highest year-on-year growth rate for this period since 2020.

Recently, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hoa Binh province has intensified technical supervision of designated farming areas and packing facilities to safeguard the "green passport" that enables its products to access international markets.
