At HANOI JVC Training Center (Hanoi), the Farmers’s Support Center, the Provincial Farmers' Union and VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company recently held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to link consulting and create the labor resources working abroad for a limited period of time.


The leader’s representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Union, the Director of the Provincial Farmers Support Center, the Board of Directors of VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company signed and awarded a cooperation agreement to link consulting and create a labor source to work abroad for a limited period of time.


According to the signing content, the Farmers’ Support Center and the Provincial Farmers' Union will propagate and introduce the product packages of VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company to all of the Union levels, the officials, and the farmer members in the province; Announcing the company's labor selection standards according to each specific program. Then, they will compile and provide a list of the registered employees in the localities for the company to select and guide them to complete the application procedures to work abroad according to regulations.

VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company is responsible for providing the Provincial Farmers’s Support Center with the information about the selection standards, the work to be done, the salary regime, the contract duration, and the exit costs of each specific order and the responsibility for the law for the legality of the information. They will directly recruit the employees advised, introduce and organize foreign language training and orientation education by the Provincial Farmer Support Center; Completing visa applications, organizing exit and transportation of the employees. They will also guide the employees in preparing documents, immigration procedures, and directly manage and resolve the issues that arise related to the performance of the employees' contracts while working abroad. It is necessary to strictly implement the State's regulations on recruiting employees to work abroad for a limited time. Signing the cooperation agreement between the Farmers’ Support Center – the Provincial Farmers' Union and VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company aims to concretize the goals, the tasks and the solutions to seriously and effectively implement the Directive No. 20-CT/TW, dated December 12, 2022 of the Central Party Committee Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of sending Vietnamese employees to work abroad in the new situation and Plan No. 165-KH/TU, dated April 17, 2023 of the Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee on implementing this directive. Thereby, it has been creating conditions for the farmer members in the province to access a professional working environment with high income and a stable life, contributing to local socio-economic development.
