On the afternoon of November 22, at Hoang Van Thu High School for the Gifted, the Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Union held a summary and awarding ceremony for the Second Online English Singing Contest in Hoa Binh Province in 2024 and organized a training session for provincial English volunteer teachers.

The program aims to concretize Plan No. 163/KH-UBND, dated August 23, 2023, of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing "Support for improving foreign language proficiency and international integration for young people in Hoa Binh Province, period 2023 - 2030.” At the same time, it aims to raise awareness among Youth Union levels, union members, and young people in Hoa Binh about the importance of learning, improving foreign language and IT skills, and international integration.
