With the motto "for the interests of the union members and employees”, in 2024, Tan Lac District’sLabor Federation has implemented many activities towards the grassroots. They have been paying attention and protecting the legitimate and the legal rights of the union members, employees, the civil servants, and laborers, which has been contributing to motivating and encouraging the spirit of the union members and the laborers to enthusiastically compete in labor production, actively contributing to the development of the agencies, units and enterprises.


Tan Lac Supertex Knitting Company Limited, Thanh Hoi Commune (Tan Lac) has been investing in a modern infrastructure system, building a safe working environment for employees.

Established and put into operation in July 2024, the Trade Union of Tan Lac Supertex Knitting Company Limited, Thanh Hoi Commune currently has 374 union members, with the rate of women accounting for about 70%. Operating in the field of knitting, the company has created jobs for many unskilled workers in the locality. In spite of being newly established, under the guidance and support of the District’s Labor Federation and the Company's Board of Directors, the Company's Trade Union has quickly caught up and implemented many effective activities to build the harmonious and stable labor relations. Mr. Vu Minh Ngoc, the Chairman of the Trade Union of Tan lac Supertex Knitting Company Limited says: "Currently, all employees are in the process of vocational training, however, the basic salary is satisfactory to cover the living expenses. The Executive Board of the Trade Union has proactively grasped the thoughts and aspirations of employees to exchange information with the Company's Board of Directors. The policies and regulations to ensure the rights of the union members and employees are implemented in accordance with the regulations. It is expected that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the employees will receive a 13th month salary and Tet gifts from the union organization”.

Tan Lac district has nearly 3,400 employees, including 3,218 union members, operating in 83 grassroots unions. In 2024, the district’s trade union has performed well in its tasks of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, contributing to improving the quality of life of the union members and employees. The employment situation, income, and the life of the union members and employees are relatively stable. The average income of the state administrative sector is estimated at 8.6 million VND a person each month; the production and business sector is estimated at 6.5 million VND a person a month. Carrying out activities to care for the union members and employees, the union at all levels has mobilized over 100 million VND to organize visits and give gifts to employees; promoting the programs "Welfare for the union members”, "The Meals of the Trade Union” with a total budget of over 3.4 billion VND.

The district’s trade union has issued plans to launch patriotic emulation movements associated with the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Trade Union of Vietnam. The focus is on the emulation movements "Good employees, creative workers”, "Good consultants, good service”, "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement the office culture”, "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity”, "Good teaching, good learning”, "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring the occupational safety and hygiene”.Thereby, 102 initiatives of the cadres, civil servants, and public employees have been recognized.

Along with that, the District’s TradeUnion has coordinated to organize the exchange programs, art competitions, seminars, etc. with the topics close to the lives of the union members and employees. They have been maintaining and implementing sports competitions to help employees improve their physical and mental health. The women's activities have been focused, attracting the participation of the grassroots unions with the cooking competition program "Family Meal - The Secret to Preserving Happiness”, responding to "Ao Dai Week”...

Mr.Bui The Dan, the Chairman of Tan Lac District’sLabor Federation affirms: "Caring for, improving the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees shows that the trade unions at all levels are a solid spiritual support for employees. In the coming time, the District’s Labor Union will focus on innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking the union members and employees as the center to build the specific plans and programs. It is necessary to encourage the team of employees to actively compete in the creative labor associated with the campaigns and emulation movements launched by the Central and the locality. At the same time, it is also important to promote the capacity and strengths of the union members and employees in all fields. Thereby, it contributes to building a strong union organization, promoting the successful completion of the tasks for the local socio-economic development.
