According to the Department of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, 261 businesses reported data on wages and bonuses, covering 70,633 workers. The average monthly wage for private enterprise employees was 6.8 million VND (267 USD), while that of foreign-invested companies averaged 8.7 million VND.

For New Year 2025 bonuses, 231 businesses planned to reward over 69,000 employees, with amounts ranging from 100,000 VND to five million VND.

Lunar New Year bonuses are projected for 64,935 workers at 223 businesses, averaging 4.86 million VND, with a maximum of 150 million VND.
