Delegates launch an online quiz on the resolutions of the Vietnam Youth Federation congresses at all levels, as well as the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

At the event, a "digital literacy” team at the provincial level was established, with 14 core members who are young leaders, union members, and young people with rich knowledge of digital technology, a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to guide and support local people in using digital technology. The team aims to raise public awareness and foster a breakthrough in reforming the youth and local community's mindset on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

After the launch, the team began conducting activities to spread knowledge about digital technology.

As part of the programme, the online quiz on the resolutions of the Vietnam Youth Federation congresses at all levels, as well as the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, was launched. The contest will run from March 10 to March 25, and results will be announced on March 31 via the Facebook fanpage of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Committee of Hoa Binh province.
