Women in My Hoa commune, Kim Boi district performe a mass dance themed "My Hoa commune aspires to reach new heights".

In My Hoa commune, building cultural life in residential areas has been a key task of the commune’s Women's Union and its eight branches for years.

Bui Thi Hue, President of the My Hoa commune Women’s Union said that seeing that improving cultural life in community closely links with the spiritual lives of officials, members, and the people, all branches of the union have actively participated in cultural and sports activities. Currently, all eight branches have established one or two cultural clubs and a women's volleyball team.

During holidays and festivals, the union organises cultural exchanges and sports activities that created joyful atmosphere.

The district union also maintains a model called "Savings from Scrap" that has attracted over 80 members. At the end of each month, the money earned from selling scrap is given to disadvantaged members. The recipients don’t have to return the sum.
