(HBO) - Over 17 years working closely related with the head duty of Zone 7, Cao Phong Town (Cao Phong), Mr. Do Van Quy is always enthusiastic and active with his zone activities; live all the way to the neighbors. He was awarded the certificate of merit by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee for having excellent achievements in the campaign of "All people unite to build cultural life in the residential area".

Zone 7 is one of the typical residential areas of Cao Phong town. For many years, the zone has been leading the movements of building cultural life and economic development. The zone currently has 108 households, 415 people, of which two thirds of households in the zone have an income of over 48 million VND / person / year. Especially, this is the first and only residential zone in Cao Phong Town (up to now) to successfully build the club "Building Happy Family." The club organizes 2 living activities every year, up to now, it has been 10 years of operation and highly appreciated by all levels and sectors. The contributions to those outstanding results cannot be fulfilling unless the contribution of the Zone Head Do Van Quy is accounted for.

At the age of 66, he still keeps his fast, active manner of the ex- soldier of the Military Zone 1. He shared: When doing any work, it must come from the heart and must do the best. Especially, for me, the job duty of a zone head also needs more desire spirit of progress; to listen, to share and to be decisive.

In response to the campaign "All people unite to build cultural life in the residential area", in 2008, Mr. Do Van Quy was one of the first people to start the club model of "Building Happy Family". Up to now, the club has attracted 30 couples to participate. Mr. Luong Dinh Ky, a member of the club said: "Building happy family" club is a form of gathering various components in the social participation, thereby contributing to the building of solidarity in the community community. Throughout our activities, we have improved the knowledge of many aspects of social life, from which everyone is aware of the need to strive, try harder, actively to participate in learning life skills to keep the family lives more harmony and happier.

Not only energetic, enthusiastic, he also spent much time writing pieces for the zone to participate in the contest, the arts show at all levels and achieved many high prizes. When he comes back to his home, he always fulfills his duty as a husband, a father, a grandfather. Leaving his job as head of the zone, he was a diligent farmer. He and his wife have contracted nearly 800 m2 of land of Cao Phong Co., Ltd to grow oranges. Each year, except interest , he gets the income of nearly 300 million. "That money is not much compared to many billionaires growing oranges in Cao Phong town, but it is a practical number to set an example for my children and mobilize the local people in the zone," said Quy.
