(HBO) - Steering committee of constructing national standard school in Dinh Cu commune (in Lac Son district) organized a ceremony awarding Certificate of Recognition in national standard school for the period of 2018 to 2023.

the period of 2018 to 2023 to Dinh Cu Secondary School.
Dinh Cu Secondary School was established in
1997. After many years of struggles, the school has made important contributions
to the overall achievements of the district education. At the moment, the
school consists of two administrators and 19 teachers who are perfectly
qualified, especially 74 % of those are overqualified and the ratio of party
members accounts for 55.6%.
In the school year of 2017 to 2018, there are
nine classes with 243 students. Implementing the plan of building the national
standard school, the team of administrators, teachers and officers has always
promoted the achievements in learning and teaching. At the same time, the
school has done socialization of education, mobilized the resources in maximum
and focused on investment facilities and equipment in order to meet the
requirements of national standard school according to regulations.
With these efforts and determination, the
school has fulfilled the targets set out. For example, the quality of teaching
and learning has been improved and the annual rate of good students is reached
to 62,3 % and over as well as that the rate of graduation is gained by 100%.
Besides of the achievements in working
professional tasks, the school also organized some groups of student
participating in the contest of excellent students and Phu Dong Health Clubs at
all level, hence, attained in high achievements. Many teachers also achieved
prizes in the contest of excellent teacher at provincial and district level.
Recognizing this result, on 29th of May 2018, the Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving Dinh Cu Secondary
School as national standard school in the period of 2018 to 2023.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK). Upon arrival, they quickly settled into their jobs, enjoying good working conditions and benefits, with wages aligned with the terms of their signed contracts. The programme is now being expanded, with relevant departments and sectors actively seeking additional seasonal employment opportunities in various localities across the RoK.
Luong Son Industrial Park has invested in standardised wastewater and emissions treatment systems, enforced tight emission controls, reduced noise, dust, and solid waste, and expanded green spaces, contributing to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development.
