It is also directed that they have to carry out the procedures for examining the dossiers under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training, selecting and introducing staff, teachers, capable and professional staffs who is talented, qualified and highly responsible to take part in the Examination Council. The viewpoint of the Department is to be absolutely not subjective; all stages must be conducted with a thorough review.

In particular, in the preparation work, the provincial Department of Education and Training has intensified the inspection and examination before the exam and instructed the units to carry out cross-checking on the preparation for the exam. After all units have cross-checked, the provincial Department of Education and Training has set up an inspection team to inspect all high schools, vocational education centers from May 30 to June 12. Therefore, they can focus on overcoming the shortcomings detected by the cross-examination team, they also focus on the content of candidates' records, revision work, preparation of personnel to participate in examinations, preparation of material facilities, plans to organize examinations, etc.

The preparation of copies of the examinations has been carried out under the right regulations, procedures and guidelines on the reproduction of exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training; preparing all facilities, equipment, stationery, etc. to serve the printing work with the quality assurance. The Department coordinates with the provincial Police to investigate and select the place to print the tests to meet the requirements set by MoET. Data synthesis, test data standardization, test room arrangement has been completed; They are carrying out the printing of tables, lists of candidates in the examination room according to the exam subjects and test scores, list of photos of candidates, candidate cards.
