HBO – The Trade Union of Hoa Binh province’s Education and Training Department has recently held a ceremony to inaugurate a house for teachers in Da Bac district’s Boarding Secondary–High School for Ethnic Students. Attending the event were leaders of the National Education Union of Vietnam, and trade unions of Bac Ninh and Ha Nam provinces and several universities in Hanoi.

To improve the living conditions and the quality of teaching, the
National Education Union of Vietnam launched a fund-raising campaign to build
houses for teachers in the mountainous region. As a result, the trade unions of
the education sectors of Hoa Binh, Bac Ninh and Ha Nam provinces, the Hanoi
University of Mining and Geology, the Vinh University and the Hanoi National
University of Education raised a total of 600 million VND to build a house for
teachers in Da Bac district’s Boarding Secondary– High School for Ethnic
Students.
The house, including three rooms, was handed over to the school on
the threshold of a new academic year, contributing to encouraging teachers in the
mountainous district of Da Bac in general and in Da Bac district’s Boarding
Secondary – High School for Ethnic Students in particular./.
