(HBO) – The Hoa Binh Military Command organised a competition for members of women’s unions of units under the command. The competition tested the women activists in knowledge on the work of the women’s union and their interaction skills, along with a talent contest.

With responsibility and confidence, the contestants clearly
demonstrated their skills and knowledge related to policies and regulations
targeting women of the Party, Government and military force; ways to resolve
problems arising in families and society; and child rearing and education
methods. At the talent show, many performances reflected the careful
preparation and skills of the competitors.
The competition was an occasion for officials and members of
women’s unions to share experiences and learn from each other in a bid to
improve their knowledge and interaction skills. It also contributed to helping
the women improve themselves towards the model of "confident, self-respecting,
kind and multi-tasked” women in the new era.
Rounding off the competition, the organising board presented the
first prize to Nguyen Ngoc Diep (chairwoman of the women’s union at the
staff-politics office), and second prize to Ta Thi Thuy (chairwoman of the
women’s uion at the logistics-technique office), along with a number of third
and consolation prizes./.
