All branches and sectors in the commune held
31 training courses to implement resolutions with over 2,905 participants. The
mass organizations such as Youth Union, Women, Fatherland Fronts, Veterans,
etc. to promote the dissemination and education for Union members and members
and sign commitment to implement. The villages and residential areas have
propagated the security and order tasks through the meetings of the local
people, etc., contributing to raising people's awareness and propagandizing the
local people to actively participate in the security and order movement at the
locality. The commune authority set up a criminal complaint box, a comment box
to receive feedback from the public. They also strengthen direct conversations
between grassroots authorities and local people to solve problems, as not to be
more complicated matters. As a result, the local people have provided 23
valuable information for the fight against crime on the premises.
Together with the strengthening of
"internal resources", especially attaching importance to security
work in surrounding areas, the commune has advised to build security clusters
at the adjacent place of Go hamlet - Khanh Thuong - Ba Vi - Ha Noi and Tom
hamlet – Hop Thinh to ensure for 48 households of living together and helping
each other to develop their economy, regularly maintaining the briefings,
timely report to the adjacent security zone linking Ky - Thanh - Ba, Che rock
mountain security Zone related to security work and solution mechanism when
there is a case of security and order. In the past year, the functional forces
have dealt with 5 cases, 17 criminal subjects, coordinating with Ky Son
District Poplice to handle with 3 cases according to their authority. They
maintain 13 reconciliation groups, 13 patrol groups, self-governing groups and
3 security groups. Thanks to doing good mass movement of homeland security protection
and great unity between the government and local people in Hop Thinh commune,
the situation of security and order in the area has always remained stable, the
social evils in the area have gradually been restrained and pushed back.
