(HBO) - In 2013, to meet the growing demand of Samsung, Doosung Tech Co., Ltd. decided to set up Doosung Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd and build a factory to manufacture and assemble electronic components for mobile phones in Luong Son Industrial Zone with a total investment of 212 billion VND.

In 2014, the plant came into operation with a capacity of around 48 million pieces of electronic components per year, which is equivalent to 450 tonnes of products per year. In order to meet the demand of the mobile phone product market, in 2017, the Company invested and registered with the Management Board of the provincial Industrial Zones to increase the production scale of the plant to 300 million electronic components per year, equivalent to 2,820 tons of products per year. In the development process, the Company always attaches great importance to the work of labor hygiene and safety to create a safe and friendly working environment for employees.

The company established a CSR department specializing in research and application of Vietnamese law in the operation process, fully participating in training courses on law and labor, fire prevention and fighting, environment, etc. were organized by the provincial professional agencies of the province, implementing the labor law. The company has equipped with protective equipment for laborers, complying with regulations on labor safety. Every year, the work environment is monitored periodically twice.
