In 2014, the plant came into operation with a capacity of around 48 million
pieces of electronic components per year, which is equivalent to 450 tonnes of
products per year. In order to meet the demand of the mobile phone product
market, in 2017, the Company invested and registered with the Management Board
of the provincial Industrial Zones to increase the production scale of the
plant to 300 million electronic components per year, equivalent to 2,820 tons
of products per year. In the development process, the Company always attaches
great importance to the work of labor hygiene and safety to create a safe and
friendly working environment for employees.
Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam, the Compliance Officer - Doosung Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd
said: Currently, the Company has 1,400 employees. Being a 100% Korean owned
enterprise operating under the guidance of the Korean leadership, the Company

laws of Vietnam. The company established a CSR department specializing in
research and application of Vietnamese law in the operation process, fully
participating in training courses on law and labor, fire prevention and
fighting, environment, etc. were organized by the provincial professional

with protective equipment for laborers, complying with regulations on labor
safety. Every year, the work environment is monitored periodically twice.

company has three permanent employees working in two shifts. Periodically, in
December each year, the company organizes medical examination and examination
for occupational diseases. The Occupational Safety and Health staff collaborate
with the safety and health network to check safety status in the whole factory.
Thanks to the good performance of Occupational Safety and Health
activities, the Company does occur occupational accidents. It is safe for
development of production, the lives of workers are constantly raised. By the
end of October, 2018, the company gained revenue of 4,096.29 billion VND and
contributed 3.02 billion VND to the State budget. The average income of
employees is 5.5 million VND / person / month.
