(HBO) - Secretary of the Party Committee of Na Phon commune, Mai Chau district has said Party cells in residential areas are the closest to the people, directly realising the Party and State guidelines and policies.
Party members in
residential areas regularly meet households in Na Phon commune, Mai Chau
district
If in the past, the people often came to Party
organisations, but now, Na Phon plans that Party units must seek them for
mobilisation and persuasion. Each Party committee must be responsible for Party
development work. When outstanding persons are found, they are encouraged to
join the Party. Young Party member Kha Van Nhat, Secretary of the Na Cut Party cell
is an example. Born in 1985, he was elected as Secretary of the Party cell when
he was more than 30 years old. He felt a bit uneasy because most of Party
members there are old. Encouraged and supported by the communal Party Committee
and other Party members, he gradually became mature and fulfilled assigned tasks.
The Na Cut Party cell has admitted new members for many consecutive years. The
Party members and local residents took the lead in switch to new crops and
farming development. The cell has won the title of transparent and strong Party
unit for many years.
Along with admitting young Party members, the Na Phon
communal Party Organization paid attention to renewing Party activities to
improve the quality of Party cells in residential areas.
Nhuan pointed out that monotonous Party activities, lack
of analysis and discussions are among shortcomings in Party cells in residential
areas. In order to fix them, the communal Party Committee requested that before
any periodic Party gathering, grassroots-level Party committees must collect
public feedback on issues of concern. The work has been implemented effectively
in the Party cell of Pieng Phung hamlet.
