(HBO)- In Suoi Nanh and Vay Nua communes (Da Bac), the Youth Union, the Provincial and Da Bac Police Administrations of social order have coordinated with the People's Security College 1 (ANND1), Dan Phuong District’s Police (Hanoi City), organizing the voluntary activities to issue identity cards (ID cards), propagate and mobilize for recovering weapons, explosives and gift donations to the poor households, lonely old people, difficult policy families and poor studious children.

The delegation gave 70 five-hundred-dong gifts and many other artifacts worth nearly 80 million VND. In Suoi Nanh commune, the Provincial and Da Bac Police Administrations of social order coordinated with Dan Phuong District’s Police (Hanoi City) to directly carry out the procedures for issuing identity cards for people. They gave gifts to the poor households and the policy families in the area, integrating propaganda so that people could understand the harmful effects of illegal use and storage of weapons, explosives, support tools, the cause, harm and ways to prevent and combat the social evils. They also integrated propaganda of the Residence Law, the Law on Management and the use of weapons, explosives and support tools. After a day of volunteering, nearly 200 people's identity cards have been issued to people in the commune.

 

The Youth Union of the provincial police, People's Security College presented gifts to children in Vay Nua commune (Da Bac).

Additionally, the delegation awarded 60 gifts worth one million VND each for those who are in particularly difficult situations. This is an activity aiming at realizing the policy of administrative reform and the extensive implementation and the practical motto of "active, exemplary, disciplined, responsible, effective, sticking to the locality and for the people "of the provincial police, improving the quality of service to the people, improving the legal knowledge of the people.
