(HBĐT) - In recent years, Da Bac District Health Center has spared no efforts to overcome difficulties and implement solutions to improve its personnel’s professional skills, and increase investment in better medical equipment and infrastructure.

Da Bac District Health Center has invested in
an automatic biochemical test machine, contributing to quality improvement of
its medical examination and treatment.
In addition to building a green and hygiene
environment, leaders of the centre requested all employees to be welcoming and
helpful towards patients. Dinh Quoc Ky from the centre’s Office of Planning and
Operations said: "In the coming time, we will put into operation a child
playground to help entertain young patients during their treatment and ease
their pain”.
Aiming to increase patients’ satisfaction,
along with boosting the capacity of its human resources, the center pays
attention to investment in modern machines and equipment, overhauls its
examination and treatment process, and strictly follows professional safety
regulations in treatment and emergency cases.
Last year, it provided check-ups for nearly
20,000 people and performed surgeries on 11,000 patients. A 2018 survey by the
Hoa Binh Department of Health among customers at the center showed that 88
percent were satisfied. Meanwhile, 91 percent said they were satisfied with the
center’s information transparency and medical examination and treatment
procedures, and 95 percent were pleased with its personnel’s attitude and
competency.
To boost its operation in 2019, the center
has invested in a biochemical screening machine for cancer detection, a
respiratory function measuring machine, and a machine to diagnose osteoporosis,
among others. It has also sent doctors and technicians to provincial and
national hospitals for further training./.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK). Upon arrival, they quickly settled into their jobs, enjoying good working conditions and benefits, with wages aligned with the terms of their signed contracts. The programme is now being expanded, with relevant departments and sectors actively seeking additional seasonal employment opportunities in various localities across the RoK.
