HBO - According to statistics, the province now has 87.2 percent of its public officials and employees owning a computer skill proficiency certificate from Level A and above; 22.3 and 1.9 percent passing Level 2 (A2) and Level 3 (B1) of the foreign language skill proficiency, respectively.
During 2013 – 2018, the provincial foreign language
and informatics center opened various training classes. It issued 2,152 computer
proficiency certificates and 924 IT application certificates for public
officials and employees. The organisation of examination and granting of
computer and foreign language skill certificates have been seriously carried
out in line with the regulations.
