Ms. Do Thi Nhung, head of the women’s union of Zone 6, Muong Khen town (Tan Lac), is encouraging business households not to encroach pavements with sale boards and trash cans.

This is the second tenure of the women’s union of Zone 6 of Nhung, a dynamic female official. She had valuable lessons from the campaign of building a family model of "5 No, 3 Yes” at the residential and has spent a significant amount of time disseminating eight criteria of the model to the union’s members and locals to raise awareness of keeping roads clean, green and beautiful.

In 2016, the district’s women union selected Zone 6 to pilot the model "roads governed by women in association with protection of traffic safety corridors”.

As a pioneer, Nhung came to each household, encouraging them to sign commitments not to encroach pavements for sale and business while actively keeping the environment clean.

At the same time, the campaign "all people do the environmental sanitation every Sunday” was launched.

Thanks to these campaigns, over the past 8 years, the environmental landscape in Zone 6 has always been kept clean, green and beautiful, while traffic safety has been guaranteed./.
