(HBO) - On March 1, 2016, the provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 17 on the implementation of the project "Strengthening education of revolutionary ideals, morals and lifestyle for youths, adolescents and children" in Hoa Binh province for the 2015 – 2030 period.

generations about moral ideology and revolutionary tradition.
Nguyen Duc Luong, Deputy Director of the provincial Department
of Education and Training, affirmed that the department set the goal of
strengthening political, ideological, moral and lifestyle education and the sense
of law observance for young people through comprehensive education, learning
movements, scientific research, social activities and support.
The provincial Department
of Education and Training developed a joint working programme with the
provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (member of the steering board) for
the 2016-2020 period, which featured one of the important coordination
contents, including political and ideological education for students with
practical and effective activities to educate them about revolutionary ideology,
morals, cultural lifestyle at schools through the activities of youth unions, associations
and young pioneer organisations. In particular, the schools have increased
extracurricular activities, worked with the military commands of districts and
city, and the veterans' association to organise seminars.
In early 2019, over 90 percent of young people in the armed
forces, officials, cadres and students, 64 percent of local students learned resolutions
by the Party units, the State laws and policies. All local schools built and
followed cultural conduct rules while 95 percent of civil servants specialised
in educating youths, adolescents and children took training to improve
professionalism.
The scheme "Enhancing education on revolutionary ideology,
morals and lifestyles for youths, adolescents and children” in Hoa Binh
province for the 2015-2030 period helped raise the awareness of revolutionary
ideology, morals and lifestyles among youths, adolescents and children,
creating fundamental changes in morals and lifestyle, inspiring patriotism, national
pride and revolutionary tradition./.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK). Upon arrival, they quickly settled into their jobs, enjoying good working conditions and benefits, with wages aligned with the terms of their signed contracts. The programme is now being expanded, with relevant departments and sectors actively seeking additional seasonal employment opportunities in various localities across the RoK.
