been concreted, helping Dao ethnic people in Tien Lam 1 hamlet in Bac Phong
commune engage in goods trading.
Residents
in Tien Lam 1 and Tien Lam 2 hamlets of Bac Phong commune have experienced noted
changes in their lives after local roads were concreted, making it easier for
them to travel by bikes and motorbikes. The roads can accommodate trucks whose
weight is within the limit, and tractors.

problems as the 14-km road from Tay Phong commune to Khanh hamlet, Yen Thuong
