(HBO) - The Hoa Binh Power Company, a subsidiary of the Northern Power Corporation under the Vietnam Electricity group, held a parade on May 21 in response to the Month of Action for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). The event gathered local young people and electricity workers of Hoa Binh city and Ky Son district.

The Hoa Binh Power Company has boosted
communications in response to the month, which is themed "Increasing the
assessment of OSH risks at workplace”. It has also carried out some OSH
ensuring solutions devised by the Northern Power Corporation which focus on
equipping workers with skills to realise and prevent risks.
During the month, an array of other practical
activities have also been implemented, including providing OSH training to
improve employers and employees’ knowledge and skills, thereby helping to
reduce occupational accidents and ensure occupational safety for workers
themselves, the company, as well as the whole community./.
