(HBO) - Department of Culture - Sports & Tourism and Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Union held the signing ceremony of the program to promote and improve the quality of cultural, art, fitness, sports and entertainment activities for children.

According to the signed
content, two branches coordinate propaganda and mobilization; organizing
cultural, art, physical training and sports activities; check the activity
content. Based on the signed contents, the two branches have developed specific
tasks plans for each branch.
The signing between the two
branches aims to develop and improve the quality of cultural, artistic,
physical training and sports movements for children. Continuing to guide,
direct and deepen the movement "All people train the body to follow the
great Uncle Ho's example" in the youth. Promoting the movement of
training, improving physical, intellectual, stature, comprehensive human
development.
Thereby, contributing to
renovating the form of activities of the Delegation; strengthen popularization
and education of children and children to avoid social evils; building
attitudes and lifestyle in learning and working.
The "Volunteer Youth" movement is the pride of Vietnamese youth. Along with the spread of the movement in Hoa Binh province, the volunteer youth movement in Lac Son district has many imprints, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere for the youth, contributing to building a rich and civilised homeland.
Kim Boi district, a revolutionary land rich in cultural heritage, is "awakening” with major opportunities to become a tourism and eco-urban hub in Hoa Binh province and the region as a whole.
Thanks to the support of local authorities, Hoa Binh’s education system continues to achieve significant progress, contributing to meeting comprehensive reform targets and students' learning needs as well as supplying high-quality human resources for the province.

The district has collaborated with the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, job service centres, and domestic and international recruitment agencies to organise job fairs and consultation sessions every year.
