(HBO) - On June 21, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs cooperated with departments and agencies of Hoa Binh Province and Childfund Organization, World Vision Organization organized the provincial Children's Forum in 2019.

Currently, Hoa Binh province has 222,080 children under the age of 16. In  which, there are 160,101 ethnic minority children, 2,036 children in difficult circumstances and 33,330 children at risk of falling into particularly difficult circumstances. Children live in poor and near poor families are 33,790 children.

This year's children's forum is entitled "Children with issues of children." At the forum, children are discussed, expressed their opinions and spoken directly with Hoa Binh provincial leaders on issues that related to their lives.

In addition, through the skits, the pictures presented by the children expressed their thoughts on issues such as: injuries, child abuse, school violence, tuberculosis soon...

Children's Forum shows the province's concern and responsibility to children in general and implementation of children's participation rights in particular.

Hoa Binh provincial leaders gave gifts to disadvantaged children in the province.

Speaking at the Forum, Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stressed: The departments and agencies must answer questions and recommendations of the children satisfactorily. Simultaneously implementing solutions to prevent risks to children such as: drowning, child abuse, school violence, child marriage...

At the Forum, the provincial Child Protection Fund and organizations and individuals donated 121 gifts, 1.5 million VND per gift; Bao Viet Life Company Hoa Binh donates 20 bicycles to disadvantaged children.
