Ms. Nguyen Thi Loi, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Study Encouragement Association, said: The establishment of the Study Encouragement Fund is implemented in the direction of diversifying and mobilizing social contributions. In 9 months of 2019, the Study Encouragement Fund at all levels in Hoa Binh province raised VND 19.6 billion. The total study promotion fund of the whole province is 22.89 billion VND, the average fund is 26,778 VND/person. If the Family Study Encouragement Fund is included from the plastic pig raising study encouragement fund, the total fund of the province is 32.1 billion VND.
In nine months of 2019, the Study Encouragement Association at all levels in Hoa Binh province won over 2.9 billion VND and awarded scholarships to students. In which, the provincial Study Encouragement Association awarded 344 scholarships and gifts for typical teachers, pupils in especially difficult circumstances with the total amount of 234 million VND.
