(HBO) - The Red Cross of Hoa Binh city collaborated with the clubs of the Red to award 31 houses of the Red Cross, 152 bicycles, 15 breeding cows to the disadvantaged households and the poor children in the area with a total value of nearly 1.27 billion VND.
The supporting club of the Love Red Cross and the representatives of Hoa Binh city presented the house of the Red Cross to Mr. Doan Van Thieu, Group 17, Tan Thinh Ward (Hoa Binh City).
At group 17, Tân Thịnh ward, the house of the Red Cross worth 30 million VND was handed over to Mr. Doan Van Thieu’s family, a family in extremely difficult circumstances. This is one of 31 houses of the Red Cross that the club of the Love Red Cross and the City’s Red Cross has supported. After that, at the cultural house of Chua hamlet, Thong Nhat commune, 15 breeding cows worth 112.5 million VND were awarded to the disadvantaged households. At the city's cultural house, 152 bicycles were presented to the poor and studious students in the area.
From 2017 till now, the club of the Love Red Cross has given affection and the funding to support the construction of 164 houses of the Red Cross for the poor households, the resettled people, and families under the preferential policies having difficulties in building houses. They have been supported to build new houses. 15 breeding cows have been supported, 252 bicycles have been given to the to poor students, 118 sets of tables and chairs for the schools having difficulty in facility and 400 Tet gifts have been offered to people throughout the province.
