(HBO) - Implementing the lending program for the social housing in accordance to Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP, in 2018, 2 billion VND was allocated to the province, in 2019 an addition of 5 billion VND was assigned. Since the beginning of the year, the lending revenue has reached 3,2566 million dongs with 9 turns of borrowers, bringing the total debit balance of the lending program to 5.4 billion dongs. In particular, Lac Thuy district has the highest debit balance, reaching 2,649 million VND; Hoa Binh City has a debit balance of 897 million VND; Ky Son district has a debit balance of 805 million VND; Tan Lac district has a debit balance of 750 million VND; Cao Phong district has a debit balance of 300 million VND.
